Before you sell you need to be approved by the management.

How do I reserve a spot?

Question:

How much does a spot cost?

Answer:

Non Food space $40 per space, per day (Prepaid).
Food Space $50 per space per day (Prepaid).


Question:

Will electricity be provided to me?

Answer:

Yes, but it is limited to a 3 energy saving Bulbs Only!

Question:

How large are the rental spaces?

Answer:

Approximately 10′ x 10′

Question:

Do I need a business license from the city?

Answer:

No, but you need a CA resale number and to sell Food you need a Health Department License From the Norwalk Office
.

Question:

What time can i start setting up on Fridays.

Answer:

You can start setting up on Fridays at 4 PM.

If you are not on your space by 5 Pm you will lose your space for that day.

Monthy reserve vendors have to pay for the space prior to setting up.

There will be no vehicles movement between 6 PM and 10 PM. (You need to off the street by 11 PM).
